FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1) How do I join the rewards program?
Ans: There are 2 ways.
a) If you have not purchased anything through us before, you simply need to open an account on our website and you will be automatically enrolled!
b) If you have purchased items on our website or in our store before 1 Nov 2023, you will already have an existing Avenys Singapore Rewards profile!
c) On 1 Nov 2023 onwards, if you make any purchases online, an customer account will automatically be created for you and points will be attributed for that purchase.
2) How do I know how much rewards I will earn from purchasing a product?
Ans: We use a simple formula of awarding 1 point for every $1 spent. You will also see it in the product page like this:
Note: You will not be attributed points for cents that don't add up to $1. You will also not be attributed points for Delivery Fees.
3) How will I be notified when my points have been awarded?
Ans: You will receive an email from 'Avenys Singapore Rewards' to notify you of the points earned.
4) How do I check my points balance?
Ans: At this moment, we have our staff on standby to notify you of your points balance. Simply reach out via Whatsapp and we will get back to you in less than 24 hours. Alternatively, our staff can also notify you of your points when you walk in to our store.
5) How do I claim my points for shopping discounts?
Ans: Every 500 points earned entitles you to a $5.00 voucher (gift card). Our staff will issue gift cards every time a customer has accumulated enough points for redemption. You will receive an email from Avenys Singapore Official with the Gift Card code that is unique to you. You can then use this code during your checkout.
6) Can I earn rewards points if I purchase items in the store and not on the website?
Ans: Yes, you will still earn points for your purchases that are made in person at our store.
7) How do I claim my Birthday Rewards Voucher?
Ans: Contact us via Whatsapp.
- We will require a verification of your date of birth (NRIC or relevant document) and will issue you with a $5.00 Gift Card.
- The Gift Card will be valid for use in your birthday month.
8) Can I use my rewards points at other Avenys Distributors in Singapore, Malaysia or else where?
Ans: No. This reward program is exclusive to shoppers who purchase through Avenys Singapore Official by FieFie Mohammad only.

Points Expiry:
- Points earned from Shopping and Referrals will expire in 6 months if they are insufficient to be converted to vouchers.
Birthday Gift Cards:
- Gift Cards issued for Birthday will expire by the end of your birthday month and issued only once a year.
- You must be a customer with us for at least 3 months from 1st purchase (membership purchase not included), or
- Have spent minimum $250 (delivery fee does not count to the $250 spent)
