DIRECTIONS

Apply cream onto discomfort area as much as required and massage in a circular or up and down motion. Upon application, you will feel a subtle warmth and a slight cooling sensation. This sensation will last between 10 minutes up to a few hours while the cream is absorbed into the skin.
